Division of Public Assistance (PA): offers a broad range of programs for adults and families. Federal and state programs are designed to provide healthcare, nutrition support, cash assistance and employment support to eligible consumers. The Division of Public Assistance is a voter registration agency.

How To File A Complaint

If you believe you have been delayed or denied services because of your race, color, religion, disability, age, gender, sexual orientation or national origin, you may file a complaint within 180 days of the incident or treatment. For questions about how to file a complaint, call the ODJFS Bureau of Civil Rights, toll-free, at 1-866-227-6353.
