Clermont County Community Services, Inc. provides essential services to its clients to assist them in reaching self-sufficiency and improving their quality of life.
Clermont County Community Services provides emergency shelter care to residents of Clermont County. Clients are currently being housed in hotels for a stay of one month. The agency also has rental assistance funds to assist in obtaining security deposit and first month’s rent for shelter clients. Please call 513-732-6464 for assistance.
Weatherization is an energy conservation program available to income qualifying citizens of Clermont County that own or rent their homes. It is designed to help residents use less energy while increasing the comfort and safety of their home. An energy evaluation is completed on the home to determine the most cost effective weatherization services.
The following are a list of the services provided by the Weatherization Program:
Safety inspection and tune-up/repair of heating unit
Reduction of air leakage from major sources
Insulation of water tanks and heating ducts
Insulation of attics
Insulation of floors in some instances
To qualify you must meet Federal Income Guidelines and provide the following documentation:
Previous 12 months of income
Proof of home ownership
Copy of electric bill and heating bill
